Simple 5 ingredient recipe to boost your immunity!

Immunity BoosterIt’s that time of year! Along with it being the most wonderful time of the year–yay–it’s also cold and flu season… boo! With so much happening and so many sicknesses going around, I wanted to share my go-to immunity booster.

When one of my kiddos are sick, or I feel a sickness coming on, I drink one of these down every morning for a few days until everyone is back to normal.

Here’s the simple 5 ingredient recipe packed with goodness to help ward off illness!

Grab a small glass and add:
2 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TBSP honey
1 drop of lemon essential oil
A dash of cinnamon
6 oz water (more or less based on your preference)
Stir it up and drink it down!
(Sometimes I warm it up a little too if my throat is bugging me)

I actually have come to love the taste–yummy! I’d love to hear what you all think.
