Looking for a super easy meal? This is my go-to chili recipe I’ve been making for years! I hope you and your family will enjoy it as much as we do.

Cook time: 6-8 hours.
Suggested side: Shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream to top it off! And we LOVE ours with corn bread muffins!
Difficulty: Quick & Easy
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turnkey (ground beef or chicken work fine too!)
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can chipped green chilies–drained (4.5 oz)
1 can black beans—undrained (14.5 oz)
1 can chickpeas—undrained (14.5 oz)
I can kidney beans—undrained (14.5 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes—with juice (28 oz)
1 can tomato paste (16 oz)
1-2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
- Dice onion. Add oil to medium frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Add onion and sauté. Add ground turnkey and cook until no longer pink.
- Drain fat then add meat and onion to your crock pot.
- Add remaining ingredients to crock pot and stir it up!
- Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
- Enjoy!
